Chesterfield County First Steps Partnership Board (“CCFS”) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified Offerors to provide Fiscal Manager Services for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2027, 2028, 2029, 2030, and 2031. Compass Point Preschool is located on the campus of NETC in Cheraw and operates as a collaborative initiative between CCFS and NETC.
The Chesterfield County Schools System provides meals free of charge for the enrolled children.
Compass Point is one of only a few 3K and 4K programs offered in a lab school environment in all of South Carolina. Enrolling for the fall HERE

Parent Support
Chesterfield County First Steps is now offering Parents as Teachers (PAT) - a free, evidence-based home visiting program that focuses on Kindergarten readiness through child development, parent-child interaction, and family well being. The program is available to any family in Chesterfield County, SC, with children not yet in Kindergarten. (For other locations, please visit: www.parentsasteachers.org)
