July 24, 2007 . First Steps hosted A Night To Celebrate
Steady Steps Stars at Carolina Restaurant in Chesterfield. The
dinner recognized the most improved child care center in Chesterfield
County. Giggles and Wiggles Academy in Pageland received
recognition as the most improved. Pictured are representatives
from center including director Tammy Bittle with Chesterfield County
First Steps Executive Director Karen Odom, CCFS Board Chairman
John Gerstenmier and CCFS Program Quality Specialist Beatrice Geiger. Also
